When it comes to holidays like Easter that aren’t as traditionally decorated as Christmas or Halloween, it can be hard to know where to add touches in your home. This is where a tiered tray becomes an incredibly versatile tool!

Investing in a good tiered tray you like will carry you through every holiday in every season. They can be decorated in so many different ways and placed on many different surfaces throughout your home.

They come in all different kinds of shapes and sizes that will suit your decor style, and most of the decor you’ll fill it with are things you can find for very cheap at dollar stores and thrift stores!

The Easter decor definitely doesn’t have to stop at these Easter tiered tray ideas, but it’s a perfect place to start that will instantly brighten up your home for spring.

As you begin to find inspiration and plan your own tray decor, I encourage you to nail down a decor style that suits you. Whether it’s farmhouse, rustic, minimalist, or maximalist, it’s always best to know what you’re trying to achieve when you begin shopping.

This list should help you make some of those decisions!

Now I’m far from the first person to discover the power of tiered trays when it comes to versatile holiday decor, so I tried to find some of the most unique ideas to help you really customize your look.

Peeps tend to be controversial, you either love them or absolutely can’t stand them.

I’m in the love them category and think they deserve to be celebrated the one time of year when they peak in popularity!

The colors and shapes make decorating with them easy. Just make sure to not bite into one that’s been out for a while or you’ll lose a tooth!

3. Pink Tea Party

Use your pink and floral china to decorate your Easter tiered tray! You can’t go wrong with pinks for spring.

Tie in the floral from your dishware with either real or fake pink blooms for the ultimate effect.

This tray is sure to impress because it will look stunning as a centerpiece in your dining room!

4. Crafty Kitchen

If you’re on a budget this year or run out of time to go decor shopping, do the shopping in your own kitchen drawers!

This tray filled with measuring spoons, rolling pins, and mugs makes kitchenware look absolutely adorable.

Think outside the box when it comes to Easter tiered tray ideas this year and see if you can get creative with what you already own.

6. Gorgeous Gingham

I will be a gingham fan my entire life, I truly never tire of it. Gingham is especially appropriate for spring and Easter decorating!

This look is as easy as buying patterned ribbon and lining your tray with it.

Then use whatever ribbon is left on the spool to make beautiful bows for the center of your display.

7. Beautiful Blooms

Use real or fake blooms to curate a beautiful table display for your home.

The best thing about using florals to decorate for Easter is that they can easily be transitioned into solely spring decor once the Easter holiday has passed.

Pair your blooms with a rustic wooden tray to achieve the stunning look above!

8. Potted Plants

Credit: @vintagenvine

Use the existing potted greenery in your home to decorate your spring tray this year.

The best thing about decorating with plants is that the more shades and textures you can layer, the better!

You won’t have to worry about coordinating colors or patterns with this technique, just layer on the green.

9. Cotton Candy Colors

There are many colors that get neglected in the Easter season, and bright blue is one of them.

Blue and pink are a stunning combo and deserve their moment among these Easter tiered tray ideas.

Pair blue and pink flowers in a vase as well as blue and pink eggs stacked one on top of another to achieve this vibrant look.

10. Stunning Neutrals

I’m obsessed with this rustic woodland themed decor for a cottage or rustic home this spring.

All of the natural textures compliment each other so nicely, especially when paired with the sweet animal figurines.

Fill your tray layers with little handwritten notes, fake grasses, and pasture raised brown and speckled eggs to bring this rustic charm to your table!

11. Perfect Pastries

Whether they’re real or fake, filling your tray with pretty pastries and baked goods will create a beautiful effect!

Have your guest’s mouths watering before they’re even served with this delicious looking decor.

You can stick with a fairly monochromatic colorway as seen above in pink, or you can mix and match colors for a more vibrant look!

If you live in a cozy cottage that celebrates the rebirth of nature that happens in Spring, these are the Easter tiered tray ideas for you.

The muted colorway is so complimentary to this clean white kitchen that you’d never want to take down this Easter decor!

13. He is Risen

If you celebrate the religious meaning of Easter in your home, then use it in your table decor!

Using wooden crosses and biblical signs, you can embrace the spirit of the rising of Christ.

Let your decor reflect your beliefs and remind you of the reason for the season.

14. Farmhouse Fun

I love this farmhouse themed Easter tiered tray ideas because of its simplicity.

Many people decorate their trays with words and little signs, but sometimes decor with no words makes the biggest statement!

Sometimes it’s nice to keep things simple and subtle for holiday decor because you can extend it’s use past the day of celebration.

15. Muted Pastel Eggs

These muted pastel Easter eggs are absolutely to die for and would make an easy weekend DIY.

Your decor does not have to be complicated to make a huge impact in your space!

A few pastel eggs, some Easter basket grass, and a couple of wooden bunnies place thoughtfully can create all the visual interest you need.

16. Glorious Grays

Credit: @birchwoodandburlap

If incorporating a lot of color into your decor would not match the preexisting decor in your home, then I recommend staying within your theme instead of branching out!

You never want your holiday decor to be something you wouldn’t normally choose in any other season or you’ll grow tired of it rather quickly.

So if your home is comprised of primarily neutrals and grays, the above photo has the Easter tiered tray ideas for you.

17. Cute Carrot Patch

These burlap and twine carrots are to die for and will bring some Spring vibrancy into your home with the orange hues.

If you want to try something different with your tiered tray this year, opt for carrots and bunnies instead of eggs and chicks.

It’s not often we get to decorate with orange so take advantage of this time of year when you can use beautiful color!

18. Candyland Colors

Credit: @pinkcottagechic

If you’re a girls girl and all about bringing beautiful feminine decor into your home, this candyland pastel dreams tray will be right up your alley!

Layer on the spring colors and add some twinkly lights to make them really pop.

Easter is the time to utilize all the pink and pretty accents you’ve been saving up all year to use.

19. Spring Greens

This bright and refreshing green themed tray is perfect for those looking to decorate for both Easter AND spring.

Kill two birds with one stone by incorporating some of the classic Easter themes like bunnies and eggs, but keep it relevant to the whole Spring season with green and cream shades.

Placing an eye catching vase of tulips next to your tiered tray will make a beautiful statement if you’re looking to add an extra pop.

20. Minimalist Eucalyptus

Credit: @decoratewith_Mary

Keep your design clean and simple like these Easter tiered tray ideas seen above.

It doesn’t take much to make a huge visual impact when it comes to holiday decor.

Choose a sleek tiered tray with a black base and wood rounds, then layer on ceramic white rabbits and potted eucalyptus for this stunning minimalist look.

Even though I’m being cheeky in this post, it has been challenging at times.

But ultimately it’s been an incredibly positive experience. I save a ton of money, I’m out in my community much more by going to grocery stores and hardware stores, and I get the honor to support small businesses better!!

I know Amazon can be a lifeline for people in tough circumstances, but if you have the ability to in your life, I highly recommend trying to take a break and just see how your life improves 😍
