I’ve been seeing a lot of content recently about not using birth control and thought it would be important to offer my perspective on the other side of things!

I’ll always firmly believe the health of the mother decides the health of the family. If another kid is going to mean a less happy mom, it’s okay to to make a different decision 🫶🏻
